Enisa

Manager

In 2016, as a new resident of Canada, Enisa began her career with Compassion Network as a residential housekeeper, a job she never did prior. Her dedication and unwavering passion for excellence quickly became evident.

Her ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and exceed their expectations along with her experience in customer service back home propelled her into a supervisory role, where she led her team with empathy, integrity, and a hands-on approach to service excellence.

But Enisa's aspirations didn't stop there. Driven by a desire to impact the customer experience on a broader scale, she transitioned from the field into the office. Enisa honed her skills in building strong customer relationships, crafting custom service offerings, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a can-do attitude within the team.

Today, as the leader of Home Keepers Edmonton, Enisa is working hard to build up Edmonton's premier housekeeping services for seniors with values of compassion and customer-centric service.

With Enisa at the helm, Home Keepers Edmonton isn't just a housekeeping service—it's a promise of a cleaner, happier, and less isolated home for every client we touch.
